Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories included;
  • Electrical parts, special order items, and clearance items are non returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [your email address] or call [your phone number] with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our team will provide you with an RA number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Return: Use a trackable shipping method and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds and Processing

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items returned due to our error or if they arrived damaged.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
